How to Avoid Slumps in Business and Productivity

One persistent issue for big producers or highly successful people is the seemingly inevitable slump that occurs in productivity. Whether it is a well known sports player or well respected business person, sooner or later, they have a “dry” spell. The sports player endures agonizingly disappointing achievements and the respected business person that everyone admired, suddenly is drinking from a dried up watering hole with only a few flies swarming about looking to attach themselves to him or her.

Another big issue is a slump in sales of goods and services. Certainly the vagaries of the market place will impact and can even lead to such slumps. The economic conditions will impact a marketplace and lead to a slump in sales and/or productivity. Many outside factors can lead to a slump. One hedge against market conditions is to offer goods and services that are critical to the sustained existence or life style. When the going gets rough the market landscape can get tough. When you have a business that serves most of the market place your slump time should be less. Find a need and fill it, especially if it is something the public must have for survival or to stay in business. That helps keep the “wolves of slumps” away from your door.

Without a doubt many slumps occur as a consequence of the person achieving much yet running the same frequency for a prolonged period of time. This means the person is likely in a “push mode” working or producing in a fever pitch or high level of energy.

In actuality the human being alternates between contraction and expansion based upon emotions. The alternating phases also encompass a variety of energy patterns or forces.

The alternating cycles enable the body to continuously produce the energy needed to run the body and keep it healthy. When one uses a sustained type energy force for a prolonged period of time the body depletes itself of vitality. As such one begins to meltdown and loses momentum which will impact one’s productivity. The reduced energy frequency in your momentum can easily lead to a slump.

Keep in mind no one sustains the same energy pattern all the time, thus changes in energy and productivity is also a mathematical formula or numbers game that is part of the way energy moves and impacts within the Universe. A contraction leads to the squeezing of atoms which leads to the release of light and magnetism internally.

Another factor is an individual may grow weary and need rest from continued energy output. A slump forces the person to regroup and heal. The recovery time also provides for reflection time. When a person is pushing all the time it is quite possible there is no appreciation or enjoyment because of increased demands that come with success and high achievements. A slump provides reflection time; an opportunity to soul search and make priorities about what is actually important.

Outside pressures can also lead to a slump whether in personal production and/or achievement. Internal pressure from oneself can also lead to a slump. Inevitably doubt and the opinions of others can impact one’s successes and achievements. Doubt is an insidious chiseler of confidence. It eats away the beliefs long before one realizes erosion has washed away that ability to succeed in a storm, or produce under fire, or even upon demand. Negativity at large can “stick” to us and drain our power to weather any storm before the hurricane hits.

If you get attached to success and achievement it is a certainty you will get attached to slumps. Why is that true? One must learn to accept things as natural to be in the flow. When you get attached to something, even to successful outcomes, you magnetize yourself out of the “flow” of energy within the Universe. Detach from the outcome and achieve a state of mind that success is your divine right and you will be more likely to keep on flowing. Egotistical feelings often require more magnetism, thus more force, to keep on producing. Eventually the flow runs out of steam and guess who’s coming to dinner then? Why, it is Mr. or Mrs. Slump.

The practice of saying and feeling gratitude is an instant jolt of lightning out of a slump or a detour around an impending slump. Practice detachment with certainty that you will survive and succeed no matter what.

When I sold real estate I told anyone that listened that I would get my share of sales no matter the market place. I repeatedly and boldly proclaimed if there were only 10 sales a year in contra Costa County I would get at least four of them. I intended it and expected to do so. I had no doubts therefore the marketplace was never a slump for me once I attained the flow and belief system about my divine right.

A huge reason some go into slumps is self sabotage. Their inner or core beliefs are inconsistent with success. There was a time in my life I manifested great success and much money only to lose it all. Finally I realized I was afraid of success. I had a close and personal relationship with Mrs. Slump Time. I was doubtful that I really understood how to flow with rich people. Frankly I was more comfortable with those that had little or nothing. Most of my friends then were sitting on the edge of the chasm with me. One strong wind of bad luck would send us on the way to see the proctologist, except we had no money to pay for one. The alternating cycles of plenty and long periods of slump time were not necessarily market driven.

Somewhere within the cycles of plenty and none, I recognized a pattern of producing outside the box that was exhilarating. Yet inevitably I noticed it was always followed by a huge slump period. After careful introspection I came to the conclusion I worked diligently when I had a game plan or a goal. After each completed goal attainment I wanted to rest on my laurels. Did you guess who always called when I completed a big goal? You guessed that Mrs. Slump Time always knocked on my door. True or True?

You see I realized I needed a series of goals, each in different phases of achievement and in varying degrees or levels of importance. The goal could be so simple as to take a break after seven days of pushing myself to the limit. It could be that I rewarded myself with a trinket, maybe a Chanel Watch, after making thousands in sales. It could be that when I neared completion of a big goal I had another big goal outlined ready to pursue when this one was complete. The point is that a series of goals gave my mind a focus and a purpose. This prevented my mind from floundering and losing momentum of the flow.

Any slump is mental in nature, even if it is a market condition such as a recession. That implies the masses have a group thought about the market conditions. If you want to avoid a slump be detached and grateful for your successes. Love the benefits you gained from your previous failures and slumps. If you can see a benefit in it you can detach from it and let go, let loose, let the Creator deal with the energy pattern.

 

Mental Mentor Business Model by Sarah Simmons

It would be great if we could go the store and buy a business blueprint body model. This would alleviate all the many trials, tribulations, failures and stress filled emotional attempts to master business paradigms that we have not a real clue how to master and be successful within.

 

That being said there is a way one can benefit from modeling oneself after those that are already successful in a business model that aligns with what you would love to be successful within.

 

I call it Mental Role Modeling or Mental Mentor Modeling. Research and make a list of those that are already successful in the arena you wish to be successful within. It may be helpful to include individuals that have strong and influential characteristics that are beyond the scope of your business plan model. For instance it is certainly important to include investment bankers, money managers, self made millionaires, risk takers, visionaries, military strategists, political scientists (they reveal how politics impact business)and any others that strike you as being important.

 

Begin by writing all the necessary skills and characteristics you need for your business paradigm. List what you believe you possess already and what you feel you need to acquire.

 

Study the role models that possess experience, insight, skills and qualities that could benefit you in your business. Learn what you can about them. Then make a column on your business list with their name, skills, characteristics and achievements. Beside each skill, characteristic, and achievement write “bullets” about how that each of their qualities can help you in your business. Make another column and stare why you feel these qualities can help you.

 

Once you identify the individuals and make a list of their qualities it is time to move into the role model mentorship aspect. It would be ideal if you could actually have a lunch with the individuals on the list but that is icing on the cake. You can be highly successful with the mentor model without actually meeting any of the people on the list.

 

You need some quiet time for each “Mental Appointment”. Imagine you

meet each person in turn and have lunch with the person. Have an imaginary conversation with them about their qualities on the list Ask questions of them as to how they would market, how they would reach their target prospects, how they would delegate and why, how they would address each and every detail of your business.

 

You can even pretend each individual on the list agrees to personally mentor you in your business. Imagine how you feel about each aspect and all information as shared with you by your Mental Mentor.

 

What you see and feel in your mind is just as powerful as an actual event.

You must also imagine you possess a skill that you share with the Mental Mentor. There can be no one way streets. Everyone has to benefit even in your Mental Model.

 

Advance in your mental imaging and see yourself as possessing all the qualities needed and especially those you learned from your Mental Mentors. Feel the satisfaction and gratitude for their assistance and note how grateful each Mentor is for the help you provided.

 

Repeat the Mental Mentor Training until you feel complete and satisfied. Then you must relax with the process and let go of the imaging. Transition into expecting success in your business. Lastly act as if you are successful already. You will be. It is not necessary to walk alone when you can create any relationship and receive any needed assistance in your mental processes that are very effective and valid.

It seems everyone wants to apply the Law of Attraction in their business environment with the expectation some magical forces are in play that will override their biggest enemy and thus eradicate the reasons for their failure. To be sure one can use the Law of Attraction in business to be successful. However some basic understanding of how the law works must be gained.

 

Everything we are and have been is based upon our experiences and perceived capabilities. Our capabilities are actually based upon our experiences and the skills we develop from repeated similar acts. The more often we encounter and master a given situation or event the more capable we become. The greater the perceived capability the more skill is acquired and demonstrated. The greater the skill level the more successful one usually becomes. What is actually taking place is the mastery of energy patterns or bands of light. It is also a numbers game. The more often you encounter certain types of energy the more frequent you establish reactive lines of force. With persistence one band of energy becomes dominant over the other and has an advantage when that same type force is encountered in the future from similar thoughts and/or experiences.

 

You actually change the one ‘Basic Energy Pattern” or archetypal images with your individual thoughts and feelings. If you have been consistently successful in a given activity you contribute to the success of others through the vehicle of thought. Conversely if you are consistently failing in a given venture you can also contribute to the failure of others through the one great law, The Law of Attraction. This is especially true for those you interact with on a frequent or personal basis.

 

Everything in the Universe is imbued with magnetic properties. One magnetizes all energy to oneself through the ideation process and fuels ones thoughts with feelings.

If you want to be successful in a given venture study others that are successful in the venue you wish to succeed within. Why is it important you study others to attain success or gain it more quickly? Because energy is magnetic and is therefore contagious you can repel success or attract success. You repel energy that is dissimilar to you and compel or draw energy that is similar to you.

 

For instance your thoughts, once ideated and released from you, travels through the universe. Through such travel your thoughts impacts the thoughts of others that are of a similar nature; both giving out energy and taking in energy from the thoughts of other individuals. That process is precisely how we all impact each other.

 

Since energy travels freely if not directly being used you can magnetize the energy of desired experiences to you. For you to experience ventures that are unknown to you require more thoughts and passion because you lack experience. A lack of experience translates into the factor you have less stored battery power in your inner landscape of nuclear power relating to that particular event or subject. You have less power against the type of thought forms and resultant energy sine waves because you have not encountered, experienced or mastered a given archetypal image. It is all about archetypal images and matching energy patterns that are memory activated as experiences from your childhood experiences. Your activated imagery is found with your active DNA patterns for quick and easy access. If business and success are not childhood experiences (even in the life of your parents or authority figures) then you are likely to encounter more difficulty in attaining success.

 

When you focus on someone that is successful in a given venue you are then actuating your ability to activate archetypal images within your inner landscape of DNA or through association. You must find an outer image that matches you inner images in order that any thought fulfill its content. That means you must magnetize it from the archetypal images contained within the electro magnetosphere of the planet if not already actuated through your childhood memories. That can take time for you to master all interference patterns to manifest your thoughts.

 

There is a shortcut available to all of us. Once any thought has delivered its content as an experience to a given ideator, its thinker; the “empty” thought form floats freely in the Universe pea soup for others to magnetize to themselves and save time by finding a “Matching Thought Form” to their ideated desired thought form. When you study other successful individuals you accelerate your opportunities to add to your matching pictures and feelings of success. Therefore make it a practice to study other people that excel in the qualities or characteristics you must exhibit to succeed.

 

I began my work career as a waitress at fourteen years of age. From there I graduated into selling real estate. Why I chose real estate was decided by the fact one could be a real estate agent with no skill sets and no education requirements. In my ignorance I did not even make a list of what I needed to be successful as a real estate agent. You could say I backed into the career, failed miserably and learned while I earned. Through failure I was forced to admit how lack of knowledge and experience caused me failures. Then I made a list and began to attend seminars and learn from those that were masters in the field of selling real estate.

 

A few years later when making another major career change I knew to make a list of all the qualities I thought I needed to be successful in seminars, as an author and as a radio talk show host. Upon completion of the list I reacted strongly for I realized I was not skilled in any area I needed for success in those venues. Nonetheless I applied what I learned from my past career changes.

 

I studied Ted Turner when I wanted to be a visionary and a big risk taker. He foresaw the future of television and its impact long before cable networks controlled content through control of airwaves. Even on the brink of financial ruin, one step shy of bankruptcy, he persisted in following his vision.

 

 I read the biography of Lee Iacocca to catch the frequency of a bold strategist that dared to step outside the box and rebuild Chrysler Corporation. He may have been the first individual to seek a bailout loan from the government rather than allow thousands to draw from the economy by using unemployment benefits. He understood human behavior and economic impact from the effects of their jobs individually and on society as a whole. This afforded him power when he approached the government for a loan. He turned the need into a power rod.

 

I studied Colin Power to learn how to see the big picture and learn people strategy. I had a tendency to see the individual parts but lacked the perception to see the big picture. I learned I was a sequential thinker. To see the big picture you have to be a “realist” thinker. Prior to studying Mr. Powell I did not realize or think about the fact that all parts impact the whole. Since it is exceedingly difficult to control all individual parts it is more important to control the majority of the parts or the parts with the most impact. That led to the understanding why the individual must accede to the whole.

 

I studied Terry Cole Whittaker to gain insight into self acceptance. It was liberating to understand from self acceptance comes the acceptance of others. Those that can not accept or do not accept you lose power to impact you when you can respect their right to feel the way they do. By attaining self acceptance I tempered my judgment of others. It led to discernment which led to acceptance of others which led to humility.

 

I studied Barbara Walters to understand how to bridge the gender gap in a given field without triggering the resistance of social standards in regards a given gender such as male job versus female job. I gained insight into her thinking patterns which enabled me to realize the performance of her job was her insurance policy to acceptance in a male dominated field. For such attainment she had to play by male rules without laying the female card on the table. In other words she had to perform in an “asexual” way without distinction as to gender and she had to refrain from running any sexual desire.

 

Do not seek to build a better wheel if it already rolls perfectly. If you want to go round with the wheel study the effects of the wheel and integrate it into your plans or desired effects. You only attract what and who you are. If you want to be something different than what you are then study those that are already living the dream you would to live, have or do.

 

The Law of Attraction responds to both negative energies and positive energies. That being revealed if you wish to live positive experiences you must think thoughts that are positive and exude feelings that are passionate about the positive thought contents. On choosing “Mental Models” that are already successful you can advance the outcome of your desired experiences.

 

 

Your Thoughts Are the Actual Difference Between You and Success By Sarah Simmons

Those that is highly successful in business use supportive language and beliefs that result in success. When starting a business most individuals begin researching what product or services they desire to market. Then they evolve into a business plan and graduate into marketing the business.

            Since everything in the universe is one substance, one power, one force in many applications and the buzz says we create everything with our thought process then it stands to reason that success must first occur in the mind. For you to be aware you must imagine, ideate, think thoughts, feel emotions in regards the thoughts, accept the thought content as viable for you and consistent with your inner image, and belief it can happen to you or else you can do it.

            If you start a business and desire success but can’t see your way to attain success then you will find ways to fail, even if it is self sabotage and/or subliminal. If you can’t imagine yourself behind the desk of a highly successful venture you will not likely sit there or else will not sit there very long.

            Your core belief triggers the thoughts you consistently ideate and activates the feelings and reactions you consistently have in regards your thoughts. You have got to plan for success and imagine how you will handle it. Once you envision yourself handling success in a dynamic and empowering way your inner spirit self will find the wherewithal to make it happen.

            Greater minds than mine own state that everything in the universe is alive and operates under energy movement and forces. That being so it further states that everything in the universe must evolve and grow greater. That implies that one can not stand still. One can not do the same thing day in and day out and grow to the optimum possible expression .It also validates that success for you is a natural evolutionary process. Don’t take the bridge because you are not versed in the area you want to market goods and services within.

            If you use the same energy of thought, feeling and acting, day in and day out, eventually you will grow heavy and stagnate. In effect you will slowly sink to the bottom of the energy wave and become heavy. From another perspective if you dream of a business and how great it will feel to own the business and how grateful you feel to be part of changing others and impacting others in an empowering way your attitude shifts into another point of reference. Stated simply change your mind; change your fortunes.

 

            If you think the same thoughts day after day you get heavy and grow dull. All surrounding energy patterns will swirl round and away from you because you become imbedded in heavy energy bands of light that vibrate to a slow and low frequency, also known as oscillations per second. Sadly you will only attract energy of a similar nature, therein perpetuating your experience and grow little from an evolutionary perspective. Eventually you will devolve into the survival level life. In the process you will become demagnetized and repel magnetic or lucky energy from you for it finds no glue to pull positive forces into your stream of thoughts, emotions and experiences.

            On the other hand if you become impassioned about a business or service you can provide and become powerful, rich and impact others in the process you alter the flow of energies into more rapid oscillations per second.

How do you hold onto new thought chains that you desire to experience when you have been in a negative funk for a time? You likely can not hold onto new thoughts unless you get in touch with your current thoughts rather than deny or try to cancel them out. To change your circumstances you must first change your thoughts and approaches to your experiences. That means do something different than you usually do like drive a different way to work. See a movie that makes you laugh. Splurge and indulge yourself so you get a sense of self worth. When you change your routines your thoughts automatically change to some degree and then your emotions will follow your streams of thoughts.

However, since emotions are powerful wave bands you may discover changing your thoughts and maintaining new streams of thoughts that empower you are essentially beyond your maintenance factor unless you exert some effort. In other words you may be capable of thinking differently for a period of time only to lapse into past thought streams and regress rather than progress. Vary your routine and entertainment for a few days and you will likely see significant changes in your overall mood.

            One day it is quite possible scientific research will support what I believe to be true. Energy bands alternate between positive and negative streams of expression and if so, so too must humans. Energy fluctuates or alternates between frequencies and forces or powers. That is why sometimes you feel up and other times you feel down for n o apparent reason. Also, please understand energy is contagious. Spend time with those that are already living their dreams and are successful. Form a group or forum that is focused on success and adding value in the lives of others

You do not hear anyone ranting and raving about spending time with the failure down the street or on the website two domains away from your name. If success for you is just a few thoughts away, is it time to start thinking and focusing on the benefits and feelings of your upcoming success? Is that the only difference between you and the person that spent the time in thought and imagination long enough to go to the bank on it?

How many thoughts do you reckon Bill Gates ideated about internet software before he created a winning software solution? Is it possible Warren Buffett thought many thoughts about commodities versus other investment vehicles before he sunk a few trillion dollars into those portfolios?

Equally impressive think about Mark Zuckerburg, a young Harvard college graduate that started Facebook in 2004.How many thoughts do you reckon he had about giving people a place to showcase themselves? Whatever the number he is now the youngest self made billionaire to the tune of 1.5 billion dollars.

If you study some of the great success stories some of their energy will “stick” to you and assist you in your thought process. Emulate the thoughts of others through your imagination and fuel it with your passion after you have become inspired and impassioned. What is the difference between their success and yours? The answer you may choose for yourself. Is it different thoughts or different thoughts? You got it; didn’t you? It is different thoughts; in fact many different thoughts.

 

Mental Business Model or Mental Creation Model

This process involves; Mind, Desire, Feelings, Will, Intent, Focus, Belief , Imagination.

And Detachment (Vairagi). 

 

What is your purpose for doing the business is a question you must ask yourself.

Is your purpose to be your own boss, to make massive piles of money, to serve others, to be powerful, etc.? You must dialogue with your own Mind the same as you would a revered Mentor for indeed your Higher Mind is your personal Mentor. The only problem is most of us are too insecure to trust the synchronous clues that come through the filters of judgment from the brain or the motherboard of your inner computer.

 

As you get in touch with your inner genius answers emerge that reveal steps to be taken for your upcoming manifestation of success in business. The higher your level of desire the more love you are demonstrating and the sooner you will achieve your purpose. Some may not understand that love is expressed through us as desire, either to have something or repulse something.

 

The level of passion or desire is revealed to us through our feelings. In fact one’s feelings are an instant barometer of a reaction to what we think and do, or fail to do for that matter. While the buzz is all about how we attract everything to us with our thoughts, in actuality we create with the thoughts and move it with our feelings. That being said one’s feelings are the energy or the wavebands of power that ultimately manifests anything that happens in our life.

 

Will power is something we take for granted without fully comprehending the total role the energy called will has within our being. Think for a moment about the fact your heart beats on its own without your personal reminder or instruction to do so. How about your lungs breathing for you? Think again the function is automatic. Dig a little deeper and consider that a power identified as Will runs the entire universe and causes all things in existence to replicate itself on some grand, seemingly unknowable blueprint.

 

If you can understand the role that Will plays in your life and harness the power, thereby bringing it under conscious control, at least some of the time, you can become Master of your own fate. Better still you can change your fate.

 

You may ask what does will have to do with me starting a business. Everything is the answer. Per chance you start a new business and hope you get your game plan right for a success you likely will discover you are way off target. How do you master Will power?

 

It is with precise application of Intentions. What you intend to do you will likely carry through with and bring to fruition. Your state of mindset reveals your intentions. Are you aware many are afraid of success? Thus their intentions may simply be about survival rather than success.

 

An intention is a commitment you have made with yourself. The agreed upon intention sets off chains of reinforcing energy that will add to the power you possess now, thereby increasing the odds of quickly manifesting the content of the intentions.

 

An intention and focus leads to you believing in what you image in your mind. Belief is actually a state of expectation to receive, have, do or be. Once you expect it your state of Mentality leads to certainty. Then it is a foregone conclusion, subject only to time window for manifestation.

 

The act of focus is wherein you create refined thought forms that form bands of magnetic properties together to generate power sufficient to manifest the content of your intentions and thoughts.

 

There occurs within this process sufficient details and energy for the intention to become independent of the creator, the thinker, of you, At this point it is time to let go, let loose, let the creation occur. So long as you continue to focus you continue to build. Once the pattern is complete it must go through its own gestation period and inner metamorphosis before it delivers the payload as an experience to you. It will dance and exchange energy with other bands of energy in the Universe prior to manifesting your intention. That process enables all to experience each other in a subliminal way driven by the blueprint of will. That explains why you can catch the luck or success of another person.

 

As revealed success is Mental Science, a mental creation that is as certain as the will power that beats your heart without instruction from you. Upon the realization of these components you can get down to practical steps such as listed below.

 

Once you know your purpose you have your starting point to build you mental business model. What products and services are you selling? Who are your customers? Why did you choose those products and services? Who did you meet that served you in a profound way? How did you meet them? Did you discover you were attracted to the very people that were looking for you?

 

An intention will usually put you in a reflective state of mind wherein you automatically begin an inner dialogue with yourself that includes the activation of you imaging yourself actually living the content of your thoughts and intentions. An intention is cosmic glue that magnetizes reinforcement magnetic particles to you for your intentions.

 

What are the benefits to achieving or attaining your purpose? For instance, work from home, make money, meet new people, freedom, be your own boss, free to travel, etc.

Make a list of the benefits for you and list at least one feeling for each benefit. We are driven by feelings and go for the things we are attracted to unless we are afraid or in doubt, etc. Then make another list for the customer following the same process. All parties in the equation must benefit.

 

List 92 gratitudes you feel for attaining such extraordinary success. When you say gratitudes you actually feeling and focusing.

 

Write a letter (or make a pretend call) to a friend or family member and tell them the profound changes in your life and experiences since you started your online business. Be sure to include how wildly successful your business is and how you make so much money you hired an accountant to count it. This technique often enables you to get past your fears, doubts, guilt, and self sabotage. It frees you to soar in your imagination where you are free and have no outer limits until you think them into existence.

 

The more detailed you are in your list making and dreams the more defined you success will be because Mind follows thought. Then your thoughts are driven by desire. The stronger you feel about something the sooner you will have it. Your will integrates determination and your intentions follow. All the many details develops your ability to hold images in your mind and builds up your focus, the time you hold an image in your conscious awareness.

 

At some point within the process go out and do something totally unrelated to the dream. This shifts your attention away from the dream and enables the dream to detach and go to work to do its part. You will likely begin to expect the success to come and it will.

 

Emotions Drives All Affiliate Marketing or any Market

The Merchant Affiliate and the Affiliate research much statistics and evaluate many products before concluding what is a good fit likely to generate more money than you can grow in a Money Orchard that started out with apple seeds. How many of you first consider yourself successful? That consideration will determine your mindset and initial energy pattern that ultimately determines your success in your new venture. Success begins and ends in the Mind. If that is true should one develop the business model by first developing one’s  inner landscape of success belief before tackling the mechanisms and blueprints of a system for success in Affiliate Marketing or any other marketing?

 

To be sure you must develop a foundation which is synonymous with blueprints to build a home. Your foundation will certainly include a compelling landing page, support links,

product links, Site Locater Search Tools and other relevant data to brand you as a professional on the cutting edge of success though the first dollar is yet to arrive.

 

Your first branding is to look successful before you discover whether you have made the correct business marriage as made in cyber space with a partner you met while surfing the web. Is Lady Luck riding on your shoulders to help you chose the target market with the “hottest trend” in cyber space just waiting to grace their lives and make them perfect in a Nano Second; that “second” being the moment they discover you and what you have to offer?

 

Personally, in my humble approach, your first steps are to be taken in your mind. Rarely do I see that fact addressed. Regardless of the products and services you choose to offer, you must first build a business in your mind.
