1. How do you begin your sales talk?
The first 30 seconds of your connection is critical. You may not get a second chance! You must state your purpose in contacting the client soon after the exchange of polite inquiry to their health or day. That is your reason for the contact.
2. After you reveal purpose of call, reveal the benefits of the product to the client. Then proceed to reveal how the client will feel from the benefits.

Take it a step further and stress how the customer will “feel” once they recieve the benefit.
Somewhere within the interaction ascertain what is great about your client. Ask yourself what is in their character you can enhance?
Get them to share their dreams. Listen and care. Make the customer feel important. Be genuine. Do care. Help the customer see something great within themselves.
When you leave the customer or conclude the call be certain you added something to their life, other than your product or service.
Be a hero. Be a champion. Help your client find their inner champion. Help your client find their inner hero. Add value to their life and you will get the sale and be their Hero.
3. The third secret is likely to be the most profound. It is also likely to be the one that only Master Sales people know and live by.
How many of you make your sales list and dutifully make the calls or do the presentations with the “hope” some will bite?
That is all too frequent thinking or maybe the “norm” in the world of sales. Yet you will fall far short of your mark with that mindset.
Successful people and successful sales people always “expect” to succeed and get the sale.
Let me emphasize that point. The difference between mediocrity and stellar achievement is one mindset and that is “expectation” to get the sale or “expectation” to succeed. Shift your mindset and prepare for it to happen. Expect it to happen and it is a foregone conclusion.
